Terms and Conditions

All lessons must be paid for prior to the lesson commencing.

All cheques should be made payable to A. D. Rix.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept Debit and Credit card payments.

Lesson time commences at the time of pick up.

Cancellations

Unless 24 hours notice is given by the pupil, lessons must be paid for.

Road Safety

We reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard.

Any pupil who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in the lesson, but will remain responsible for the payment of the lesson.

Responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness of the instructor or mechanical breakdown of the tuition vehicle, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.
